Omnistar Affiliate is an affiliate software system built from
the bottom up to provide you with the ability to develop an
extremely efficient advertising network. Our PHP Affiliate
Manager Software is designed to provide you with a tool for
networking with your advertisers and growing your advertising.
The ability to reward advertisers for providing you with new
connections is important, because it allows you to develop a
broader base of advertisers and greatly increase your traffic.
The Multi Tier aspect of Omnistar Affiliate is a key part of
setting up one of these systems.

STEP 1: Add an Affiliate Program
Create an affiliate program by selecting Manage Affiliate
Programs, then click Add Affiliate Program. Input the
Affiliate Program details. To configure commission for
the top tier of affiliates, you will enter a value in the
field marked Affiliate Users will earn the following
amount per sale. You can either pay based on a percentage
of each sale, or you can pay a set commission.

STEP 2: Configure the different tiers
Scroll down and you will see a list of multiple tiers
of affiliates. You can set up tiers ranging from a
second level to up to ten levels. When you configure
a tier, you have the option of paying that user based
on a flat commission or a percentage. This system
works by paying the affiliates above the seller the
commission listed in their tier's box. So if a third
tier affiliate makes a sale, The affiliate who recruited
them will receive the commission in the 2nd tier box,
and the affiliate above the 2nd tier would receive
the 3rd tier commission. This goes on up to ten tiers.

STEP 3: Configure recurring payments
The system can also provide recurring payments for
affiliates who forward sales of recurring products.
This system will make a payment on a recurring schedule
to affiliates based on the sale of offerings such
as hosting or other recurring payment based sales.
Simply input the amount you will pay a first tier
affiliate, set whether you will pay a portion of each
sale or a set commission, and set the period over
which you will pay the recurring rate. Configure the
tiers bellow the same way you configured tiers in
Step 2.
