Add Sales Record

From this page of the affiliate software you can add a new sales record.

Important Notes:

  • If you leave the box for manual date and commission unchecked, the current date will be used, and commission will be calculated based on the affiliate's rates. The system will also give proper commission to the affiliate's referrer.
  • If you choose to manually enter the date and commission, the affiliate's referrer will not be credited. In this case, you will have to manually credit the affiliate user's referrer.
Field Description
Affiliate:

Select an Affiliate you would like to add a sales record for.
Affiliate Product:

Select an affiliate program you wish to add a sales record for.
Sale Amount:

This is the amount the product costs
Transaction ID:

This is the identifying information for the transaction
Date:

This is the date the transaction will be associated with
Commission:

This is the amount the Affiliate made from this sale
