How to Use an Affiliate Autoresponder

Our affiliate software is designed to provide you with a powerful advertising tool. Being able to communicate with your advertisers is an important part of keeping your profits growing and keeping things coordinated. The built in autoresponder system allows you to keep your network of advertisers updated without having to send emails yourself. Let Omnistar Affiliate handle everything Automatically!

Field Description
Auto-Responder Name:

Enter the name of the Autoresponder you are creating

Send To:

Select whether to send to All Users, Subscribed Users, or Unsubscribed Users

Format:

Select whether you will send HTML emails, Text emails or Both

User Group:

Select whether the email should also go to a user group

Email Subject:

This is the subject line of the email

From Name:

Enter the name you want the email to be listed as from

From:

Enter the email address the email will come from

Reply-To:

Replies to the email will go to this address

Return-Path:

This is the email address bounces go to

This autoresponder should be sent:

This is the length of time after signing up that you will receive the email

Text Email Body:

Enter a plain text version of the email, this ensures all subscribers can read the email even if they filter out HTML email

Build HTML Email:

You can attach one of the HTML email templates provided in Omnistar Affiliate, which you have the ability to fully customize

Location of HTML I want to send:

You can also attach an email that you have posted elsewhere on the web

Attachment

You can attach up to 2 files with the email

Update Un-Subscribe Text

You can customize the text of the unsubscribe link here

Apply this autoresponder to all
current subscribers in my database:

You can apply this auto-responder to your current subscribers by selecting this option
