Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use your own domain. If you have not purchased a domain, then you can purchase a domain through us from your customer care area. If you have already purchased a domain name through another company, we will provide you the settings that you need to point the domain to your affiliate program.

How does the 15 day free trial work?

If you cancel your account within the first 15 days of signing up you will not be charged.

How does billing work?

After your 15 day trial has ended, we will charge your credit card on file for the first month. Then we will bill your account monthly. You can cancel at any time. There are no long term commitments on your end.

Is there a version I can Install on my server?

No, there is no install version because what we have to offer you in our hosted solution is better. We can setup ftp access for your business, so you can make changes to any files. However, in most cases it is not necessary because you can integrate with any shopping cart or gateway without needing ftp and use our easy to use wizard. You can also use your domain name for the administrative and user area. Also, we take care of upgrades and security so you can have peace of mind and focus on growing your business.

Will I be able to setup the software right away?

Yes, as soon as you sign up for our trial, the software will be immediately installed and you will be able to setup your affiliate program in less than 10 minutes.

Can I remove the "Powered by Text"?

Yes, for an additional $20/month you can remove the "powered by text".

Will this help me improve my results in Google?

Yes, it is possible that an affiliate program can help you improve your results in search engines like Google because all the the links that you will give your users are SEO friendly.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, Omnistar Affiliate Software is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you are billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time, just send us the request in the customer care area.

Are there any other fees that I need to know about?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive.

Yes, you can easily integrate with any shopping cart or gateway. We have an easy to use wizard that steps you through the process and if you do not have time or do not want to worry about the integration, we have a managed integration department that will take care of the whole process for you.

If you exceed the tracking requests that you are allotted for the plan that you have, you will be notified by support and automatically upgraded to the next highest plan.
