As a Senior Designer, you will focus on web and application design. Your goal is to deliver attractive, user-friendly, and powerful solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- create designs for the company
- maintain and also evolve all the existing brands
- direct junior designers to attain goals
- Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Deliver and take responsibility for concept to final delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and licensure highly recommended
- Minimum six years' design experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills
- Possess the ability to motivate and mentor staff, and delegate work assignments
- Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
- Ability to work well with others under deadline situations
