Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no contact form on this page because there is no server behind this site to receive one — a form here would be decoration.
What is worth writing about
- A pricing line that has gone stale. The most useful message we get. Vendors repackage constantly and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
- A tool we have left off a shortlist. Tell us what you use and what it replaced. That second half is the part that changes our mind.
- A caveat you think is unfair. Every pick carries a reason to skip it. If one of those is wrong about your experience, say so and we will look again.
- Whether a specific link pays us. Ask about any link on the site and we will answer it straight.
- A comparison you wanted and could not find. New head-to-head pages get written where real demand shows up, and asking counts as demand.
If you work for one of these vendors
Corrections about your own product are genuinely welcome, and we will fix a factual error quickly. What is not available at any price is placement: you cannot buy a slot on a shortlist, a higher position on one, or a change to the caveat in your entry. That is set out in full on the disclosure page, and it does not move.
What we cannot do
We are not consultants, so we cannot run a bespoke evaluation of your business or sit on a procurement call. What we can do is tell you which of our picks we would choose in your situation and why — which is the same thing the pages do, with your specifics attached.
We also cannot help with a vendor’s billing, account access or support queue. Those go to the vendor, who can actually see your account.
Before you write about a pick
The reasoning behind every shortlist is on how we pick, and the money side is on the disclosure page. If your question is “why is this tool here and not that one”, the answer may already be written down.
